For more than 25 years, Dr. Dennis Leung has provided eye care services to Los Angeles people, especially in the San Gabriel Valley region. He graduated in 1984 from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts and primarily practices at Arcadia, Irvine, Rowland Heights, and San Gabriel.
Dr. Leung is passionate about education. He enjoys lecturing for other eye care practitioners on clinical advancements in refractive laser surgeries, hard-to-fit contact lenses, and specialty contact lens design. He has also spoken about eye diseases related to dry eye syndromes and eye infections.
Dr. Leung is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and a board member of the Orthokeratology Academy of America and Myopia Control. He is also affiliated with the California Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.

Dr. Leung is fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), and Spanish. When he’s not talking about ocular health, you can find Dr. Leung’s playing piano and guitar! He is also an avid soccer player and fan.

Dr. Jiyen Shin, OD, FIAOMC
Dr. Jiyen Shin graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry, Fullerton, in 1991 and passed the National Board of Examiners in 1996. She has been a member of the Orthokeratology Academy of America since 2006.
Dr. Shin was an investigator for the Renu Contact Lens Solution Study, sponsored by Bausch & Lomb in 2000. She was also an investigator for the Orthokeratology FDA Study, sponsored by Correct Tech in 2001.
She is an expert in custom-fit contact lens design and has 22 years of experience dealing with complex hard-to-fit cases. Dr. Shin is a strong advocate and crusader for eye disease prevention. She takes a particular interest in children’s eye care and their visual development.
Dr. Shin works primarily at the Golden Vision Optometry locations in Rowland Heights and San Gabriel.

Dr. Samuel Huang, OD
Dr. Samuel Huang graduated from the New England College of Optometry, Boston, Massachusetts. He has completed training in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr. Huang has also passed the National Board of Examiners TMOD examination and completed ophthalmological preceptorship training.
He is certified in corneal refractive therapy (CRT) and for the treatment of glaucoma. He is also a certified controlled substance agent and diagnostic & therapeutic pharmaceutical agent.
Dr. Samuel Huang joined Golden Vision Optometry in 1989 and is currently the Chief of Optometry. He is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society, affiliated with the California Optometric Association and American Optometric Association, and a board member of the Orthokeratology Academy of America and Myopia Control.
Dr. Huang primarily practices at our Golden Rowland Heights office and San Gabriel. He is fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Japanese. He also enjoys helping people at church, traveling with his family, and relaxing at the beach.

Dr. Julia Wen, OD, FIAOMC
Dr. Julia Wen was born in China and moved to Cupertino, California, at age 16. She received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Then, she received her Doctor of Optometry from the State University of New York School of Optometry, graduating with the highest honors.
She worked at VA hospitals and ophthalmology clinics during her extensive optometric training. She also enjoyed an internship abroad in China at the Hangzhou Second Hospital to further develop optometry there.
Dr. Wen is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Santa Clara County Optometric Society, and Orthokeratology Academy of America. She is also a member of the Fellowship of Orthokeratology of America.
Dr. Wen practices full-scope general optometry in Cupertino with a particular interest in ocular disease, contact lenses, and orthokeratology. Notably, she has achieved certification in corneal refractive therapy (CRT). She enjoys working with children to help them see without glasses or contacts during the day and to control their nearsightedness.
Dr. Wen is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin). She practices at the Golden Vision Optometry locations in Cupertino and Milpitas.
She enjoys traveling with her husband and their 3 lovely boys in her spare time.

Dr. Khanh-Linh Vo Dang, OD, FIAOMC
Dr. Kanh-Linh Vo Dang achieved her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Optometry from the University of California. She graduated with honors and received awards from the Berkeley faculty in Vision Development and the Dean’s Award for her graduate thesis.
Dr. Dang grew up in the Bay Area and now lives with her husband and 3 young daughters in Dublin. She enjoys traveling, food, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Steven Yuen, OD
Dr. Yuen was born in Hong Kong and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and then graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. While there, he had a specialty clinic in vision therapy.
Dr. Yuen has been practicing optometry since 1995 and joined San Diego Plaza Optometry in 1996. His expertise includes dealing with high prescriptions and specialty contact lenses.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching all sports, especially USC football, and spending time with his kids.

Dr. Stephanie Tsang, OD, FIAOMC
Dr. Stephanie Tsang was born and raised in the California Bay Area. She graduated from Southern California College of Optometry and completed a residency at Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Healthcare System.
She is dedicated to improving the lives of her patients by providing comprehensive vision care, including dry eye treatment and myopia control.
Dr. Tsang is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). She enjoys reading, cooking, snowboarding, and badminton in her free time. She works at the San Francisco location.
