Dr. Chen graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychobiology. He then received his Bachelor of Visual Science and Doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2004.  His clinical experience includes Veterans Affairs Hospital in Palo Alto and Naval Medical Hospital in San Diego.  Dr. Chen is certified to prescribe diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents for treating ocular diseases, including glaucoma. Dr. Chen’s practice mainly focuses on primary eye care, treating and managing ocular disease, and orthokeratology contact lenses for myopia control.  Dr. Chen is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Dr. Yang graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in molecular, cell, and developmental biology. In 2016, she earned her doctorate of optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO). Her clinical experience includes working at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Palo Alto, Cedar Sinai Medical Center, University Eye Center of Los Angeles, and low vision exams at the Center for Partially Sighted. She is certified to prescribe diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents for the treatment of ocular diseases. Dr. Yang currently practices primary care optometry, treatment and management of ocular diseases, and orthokeratology lenses for myopia control. Dr. Yang is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin). She enjoys video games, tennis, television shows, drawing, and is a food enthusiast.
